POSTAL MYSTERY SOLVED

In our little community, the U. S. Post Office delivers mail to the office and it is placed in individual mail boxes by either the manager or a volunteer. Now and then those sorting the mail are really puzzled by the addresses and have to post a letter on the bulletin board for someone to claim. The most recent example is a letter simple addressed to "Grandma Horse". There is no one here with the last name Horse so it was posted until claimed. Turns out it was addressed to a close neighbor and friend who dealt with horses most of her working life. "Everyone in the family calls me Grandma Horse", she explains, "I can't figure out why the mail person didn't know that." It became clear after the fact because we all knew she had a neat saddle in her front yard. Mystery solved until a letter comes in addressed to just "Grandma". That'll be a real problem because almost everyone in The Community is a "Grandma".
