TIRE TRACKS CAN TELL

In the soap opera called The Community we have another mystery and/or dispute to solve. When the big storm hit the Yuma area earlier this year the driving rains caused some washouts around a recreation area that was built to be a flood basin. Just recently several volunteers worked with a Bobcat loader to distribute tons of gravel to fill in the ruts left. For some reason unknown to a non-mechanical person, they didn't want anyone to travel on those areas for awhile. That was a big restriction, however, because people who live on the street away from the central facilities have to use the particular filled area or take a longer route. This is a problem because builders of the property put in a walkway with a wall that is not quite wide enough to pass a golf cart. What has resulted is a web of charges and counter-charges. One observant resident said she saw another on a golf cart violate the restricted area which is cordoned off with yellow crime scene tape. The fellow so accused has denied any wrong doing. To solve the whole matter we may have to bring in crime scene expert to take tire track casts. We'll need these if we actually decide to take the case to Judge Judy.
